Sally Richards and Sharon Lee joined the Mortgage Force national team in 2000, setting up the Victorian business. Together they brought 28 years of banking & marketing experience. Sally worked in Melbourne and London for ANZ Business Banking and Sharon worked for the boutique National Mutual Royal Bank and then ANZ, also in Business Banking.

Our aim was to bring together the best people, the best service and the best home loans - to run a business where our clients & our people were able to aim high and we would help them achieve their goals.

Tony McCoy joined Sharon & Sally in 2001 as a director. He has successfully built the Geelong & Surf Coast business, opening our branch office in 2006. Tony’s experience in finance extends over 20 years across a number of organisations including lending institutions, banks & internet based financial advisory services.

Now into our 8th year, Mortgage Force Victoria has an experienced team of professional Mortgage Consultants, including Mario De Marco & Linda Clucas who have already celebrated 6 years as part of our team.

We continue to enhance the Victorian team and welcomed Phillip Morgan, an experienced banker and well known local to the Geelong office last year.

Our success is due to our resolve to provide the highest level of personal service through our team of dedicated Mortgage Consultants. We establish long term relationships with our clients, not just focussing on a single transaction but assisting our clients through many different stages in their borrowing requirements. In fact we have many clients who have been with us for over 5 years who not only continue to use our service personally, but also refer friends and family. It’s a great sign we are doing things well!
